How To Play

Each new Wordle round starts with an empty board. Start by filling in the words in the table. You can fill in a word six times. Each trial consists of five letters. When you start typing a word, the correct letter will turn blue immediately. If a letter appears in the predicted word but is in the wrong position, it may turn yellow. Gray letters represent incorrect predictions and should not be used in the terminology that follows. After each guess, the color of the crossword will change to show how close you were.
